BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS

Permanent Makeup: To secure your appointment date and time, we require a $100 non-refundable booking deposit, plus tax. Deposits will be charged to the credit card you entered into your online reservation. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. Please refer to our full cancellation policy below.

Brow Shaping, Tinting & Lash Extensions: A valid credit card is required to book your appointment.


NO GUESTS

Our studio offers permanent makeup services, and the nature of this type of work is extremely detailed in nature. Thus we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. Family members, friends, significant others, partners, children or pets are strictly not allowed as we must maintain a focused and sanitary environment to ensure that you achieve the best results possible for all of our clients! Our studio has nearby coffee shops, eateries and bars around, so in the case you need to come with someone, please have your guest(s) wait close by for you to complete your appointment.


CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Permanent Makeup:
In our effort to maintain a high standard for detail and quality, our artists only schedule up to 2-3 new clients per day, therefore we require 7 days notice for cancellations OR rescheduling. Please understand that when clients forget, cancel or change appointments without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

CANCELLATION: Should you cancel your appointment within 7 days of your appointment, you will forfeit your non-refundable $100 booking fee*. Same day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 25% of the service fee.  

RESCHEDULING: You can reschedule up to one time with 7 days notice prior to your original appointment (rescheduled date must not exceed 3 months in total time from initial appointment) but any additional rescheduling of appointments will incur a non-refundable and non-transferable $50 fee. If rescheduling under 7 days, you will forfeit your $100 booking deposit, and an additional $100 non-refundable booking deposit* will be required to make a new appointment. Consideration will be given to cancellations due to a serious illness/emergency. Official proof is required.

If you come to your appointment sick or with an infection, then the studio has the right to cancel your appointment and you will be subjected to the standard cancellation fees.

We require 48 hour notice for cancellations OR rescheduling. Please understand that when clients cancel, forget or change appointments for any reason without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

Same day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee. Consideration will be given to cancellations due to a serious illness/emergency. Official proof is required. If you come to your appointment sick or with an infection, then the studio has the right to cancel your appointment and you will be subjected to the standard cancellation fees.

*All booking deposits and rescheduling fees are subject to a 4.5% NYC tax.


LATENESS

If you are running more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, it is the studio’s discretion to reschedule your appointment or charge a the standard same-day cancellation fees. Being late will create a delay to the artist's schedule and is unfair to other clients. Consideration will be given to cancellations due to a serious illness/emergency. Official proof is required.


PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

The studio offers limited promotions throughout the year, but these offers may NOT be combined.


GRATUITIES

We do not accept gratuities on credit cards, we only accept them through cash, Venmo, & Paypal. Gratuity is customary for good service in NYC and usually average 15 to 20% of the full price.


TOUCH UPS

ALL BROW SERVICES INCLUDE ONE COMPLIMENTARY PERFECTING SESSION WITHIN 6-10 WEEKS AFTER YOUR FIRST SESSION. ANY TOUCH UPS AFTER 10 WEEKS WILL RESULT IN OUR STANDARD TOUCH UP RATE.

Touch ups are not mandatory. We advocate for skin integrity, and encourage you to hold off on any unnecessary touch ups to maintain the integrity of your skin for as long as possible. Your skin has a limited capacity for the number of procedures it can withstand before the area becomes compromised and dull, regardless of ombré powder technique or microblading.

We cannot guarantee results as healed results will vary with each client. Although we give 100% of our effort to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and achieve optimal results) following all pre and post aftercare instructions is extremely necessary! Appointment Prep Instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the procedure. Excessive bleeding during the application can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to low retention If an additional touch up is required or desired, this will be subject to an additional touch up rate.

IMPORTANT: Touch ups are only reserved for EXISTING clients. We do not touch up another artist’s work. We require clients with previous tattooing to send a photo of the area they wish to update to info@staytint.com, but all services will be subject to new client rates.
